   I have a couple question on a foreclosed home in Fort McMurray Alberta which will be a judicial foreclosure held in a court room in Edmonton.

   1. We have an offer on the property but can we show up at court and offer a higher bid if it is above ours?

     Yes, you can go to court and increase your bid if needed but the final outcome will be up to the Judge and the seller’s lawyer. I represented a client on a foreclosed property recently and our offer was the highest. The Bank’s lawyer decided to disclose our offer to everyone else and rescheduled another court date to deal with resubmitted offers.
